How is billing handled?+
Monthly or yearly billing, with credit card or bank transfer on enterprise plans. PDF invoices are stored in your organization and downloadable anytime.
How do free trials work?+
Starter, Pro and Business plans include a 14-day trial without a credit card. If you do nothing when the trial ends, your account simply falls back to Free — you never get charged by accident.
Can I downgrade my plan?+
Yes, anytime. The change applies at the end of the current period and you keep full access until then. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, we warn you before applying the change.
Can I host Rud1 on my own servers?+
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We deploy it into your infrastructure (Kubernetes or Docker) with installation and maintenance support included.
